Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

You will receive your order 3-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*



We offer 2-day priority shipping on all orders with a flat rate of $8.00. Majority of all orders arrive between 3-7 days, but in very rare instances, please allow up to 5 days.  The orders must be placed by 11 am PST to be processed same day. Canada $16, International $19.

FREE Shipping Over $65

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $65 (after discount) to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. 

International Orders

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tarriffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.


return & exchange policy

Return Policy 



Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 3 days of the ship date received. Forever Saddity will not accept any returns after 7 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Forever Saddity and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.


All bodysuits, swim suits are non-returnable, FINAL SALE.


Shoe Return Policy 


We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Forever Saddity. Our company prides itself on being environmentally friendly, therefore we ship all shoes in a stylish eco-friendly bag. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 10 days after purchase if the following conditions are met: 

  • All items must be unworn. 

  • All Items must be in their original packaging. 

  • You must include the original invoice


Return By Mail

  1. Include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.

  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items or bodysuits.

  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Forever Saddity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
