Purchased two items, immediately after purchasing received an email that one of the items I purchased was out of stock. Got that rectified, 1.5 weeks after initial purchase items were shipped. Items were to be delivered at exactly 2 weeks from the purchase date but somehow the mail carrier made a mistake and returned the item to sender. I contacted FS and was able to prove my residency was the same as listed for shipping address when initially purchasing but was told I would need to pay for shipping. At this point I requested a refund I mean I'm not sure why my items were returned, not FS fault but it was just too much going on. I had purchased these items for an event, the event came and passed and my items were still up in the air. At this point I'm still waiting on a refund as my items were returned to the sender. Not sure what happened here guessing just a bad first experience. I don't agree w|the way FS handled the situation w|requiring me to pay for shipping AGAIN being that clearly my address was listed correctly but it is what it is.
